Stephanie is the founder of The ADHD Advocate and is uniquely positioned to help you from every angle, from your struggles to accept yourself and take control of your life, to getting the support you are entitled to under the Law. Stephanie is passionate about educating and inspiring individuals with ADHD to understand and embrace their unique brain wiring. She delights in helping you defeat your limiting beliefs and getting you out of your own way to realise the potential you always knew you had.

Richard

Certified Coach

Richard is a certified ADHD Coach (ADDCA) with an honours degree in Psychology with Business. He also trained as a Family Coach with a deep understanding of ADHD. He supports professionals, students and families. Richard helps clients with ADHD transform their lives; from the stress and anxiety of their ADHD symptoms to a better life where they can confidently, understand, manage and thrive with their ADHD.

Holly Paton Morris

Hi, I’m Holly. I’m a specialist coach for adults with ADHD and have ADHD myself.
I enjoy working with business owners and professionals from Creative, Tech, Charity, Environment, Academia and Health industries.
I also love working with clients from the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as those with Autism and Dyslexia.
I support my clients to understand their ADHD brain, connect with their authentic selves, and empower themselves to manage their ADHD effectively with new coping strategies and long-term skills.

Alex is one of our senior coaches. He has not only completed the ADDCA Advanced training but is an ILM accredited Executive and Management Coach and Mentor.

With a rich background as an artist, director, and co-founder of a small dance charity, coupled with her role as a parent and caregiver to young people with neurodiverse needs, Ithalia brings a wealth of lived experience to her coaching practice. Specialising in areas such as entrepreneurship, career coaching, and parenting, Ithalia is passionate about addressing systemic behaviours in workplaces and schools that impact individual growth, well-being and happiness.

Introducing Lara, an enthusiastic and dedicated coach at The ADHD Advocate, committed to transforming lives through ADHD coaching. With a keen eye for identifying and nurturing clients' strengths, Lara aims to empower individuals to become the best versions of themselves. Her background in psychology, complemented by specialised training in ADHD coaching via ADDCA, sets a solid foundation for her practice. Energised by clients who are eager for change and ready to take action. Lara's approach is all about leveraging individual strengths in the journey towards personal transformation and growth.

Leanne Maskell

Senior Coach

Leanne is the Author of 'ADHD: an A to Z' and is an expert on all things ADHD. Leanne has both personal and professional experience of ADHD having struggled at school as a result of her executive function challenges and difficulty concentrating.

Liam Gordon

Coach

Liam is is an ADHD coach/mentor with extensive experience in the corporate workplace. He understands ADHD and its impact in both a corporate and creative context. He is also well aware of the challenges ADHD presents for entrepreneurs having co-founded a business himself.

Ruth is a Certified Coach who is passionate about helping people with ADHD live a life with more calm, ease, and less overwhelm.

With a diverse professional background that includes experiences in the NHS, teaching, and establishing businesses’, she brings a unique skill set to her coaching sessions.

Introducing Kerry, a dynamic coach at The ADHD Advocate, who brings a rich tapestry of expertise in entrepreneur, workplace, team, and leadership coaching. Kerry's passion lies in creating positive change and fostering growth within the ADHD community. With a solid background in business development, including qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a PG Cert in Change Management, and certifications in business and executive coaching from ActionCOACH, Kerry is well-equipped to guide clients towards achieving their full potential. A certified DISC practitioner with experience as a business owner, CIC owner, corporate trainer, coach, and volunteer trustee, Kerry’s approach is deeply rooted in collaboration and community. Focused on adult and professional development, Kerry is committed to working alongside clients and team members who share a dedication to personal and professional growth, steering clear of parenting-focused coaching to concentrate on where their expertise can have the most impact.

Louise

Coach

Having spent 15 plus years as a Nurse and Nurse Educator I have now developed my career to coaching, my focus is around developing existing strengths and self-esteem. I also have an interest in families and children helping them navigate ADHD as a team. I have recently spent time completing 'Understanding Autism' and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) course to help me widen my ability to work with both ADHDers and AuDHDers and incorporate where appropriate CBT techniques.
