Dr Vik Patel

Consultant Psychologist

Dr Vik specialises in the treatment of personality disorders and trauma with the delivery of a skills-based therapy called Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) which targets emotion regulation, distress tolerance strategies, interpersonal effectiveness and mindfulness all of which constitutes to optimising well being.
