Workplace Coaching

Live life in integrity with who you really are.

Helping your employees with ADHD to perform at their best

At The ADHD Advocate, we start by carrying out an initial consultation to determine your employee's ADHD needs in the workplace. The reports are laid out in plain English and will help them to understand what areas we can improve upon to help them better access their work without their ADHD getting in the way.

Our most common help is given in the form of our “Workplace Coaching Programme” and we have certified ADHD Coaches experienced in the workplace to partner with you to uncover what is working well, what is not working so well, and help you to develop strategies to work at your best.

On average, clients will have 12 x 1 hour coaching sessions spread out over 6 months. However, depending on your unique needs and situation, you may have less or more than this so talk to us to find out more about the coaching process.

We can also work with line managers or entire organisations to raise awareness of ADHD and improve communication.

Some workplace adjustments may be covered under the Government’s Access to Work scheme, including Workplace ADHD Coaching and ADHD Awareness Training.

One-to-One ADHD Coaching

Our Workplace Coaching Programme for ADHDers can help them harness their awesome ADHD strengths and explore tools, strategies and systems tailored specifically to their personal ADHD challenges that are holding them back at work.

To understand more about how their ADHD may be impacting them at work, see our handy Guide to Understanding ADHD in the Workplace.
