Having worked as a senior member of a corporate leadership team for the past 20 years, Tina is passionate about supporting professionals in managing their environments without unnecessary stress and anxiety. She has a solid understanding of how to navigate challenges regardless of whether you are running your own business or are part of a larger corporation.

Tina wants you to be able to create a successful environment with the right work-life balance. Enabling you to make requests and adjustments coming from a place of power and confidence.

Tina trained as a coach in 2002 and has been applying it to her role in business ever since. In 2013 she ran a business as a Nutritional Coach before returning to corporate life in 2015. She was diagnosed with ADHD at age 47, discovered her passion, and is now working as an ADHD Coach.

Tina also has two children who between them have diagnoses of ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Tourette’s and Anxiety. She understands the struggle parents go through when navigating the education system with these additional challenges, and works with GCSE and A Level students with ADHD to reach their unique potential.

Tina is Swedish but has lived in the UK since 1998 and is bilingual in Swedish and English.

What Tina's clients say:

"I feel really comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings with Tina. She always makes me feel heard, safe and validated. Our sessions are the structured space I need but at the same time, it’s open and not limited."

- Teacher, Undiagnosed

"Working with Tina helps me to process stuff outside of my head. Doing this allows me to turn my thoughts into action and prioritise what I need to do. We identity solutions that work specifically for my brain which makes me better able to achieve my goals."

- Lawyer, Undiagnosed ASD & ADHD

"Tina helped her to understand her neurodiversity and how it affects her: learning the tools to help her with her studies and the maze of a University application and the support on offer; coping with the emotions of a time of huge change. Tina works with patience and clarity and has developed an equal partnership with my daughter. As a result my daughter has become more confident and I feel grateful that we have found Tina at this time."

- Parent of an A Level Student with ADHD
