This coach is a Certified Coach who is passionate about helping people with ADHD live a life with more calm, ease, and less overwhelm.
With a diverse professional background that includes experiences in the NHS, teaching, and establishing businesses, she brings a unique skill set to her coaching sessions. Beginning her career as a Biomedical Scientist in the NHS, this coach first worked with people with ADHD when she retrained to teach and became a Targeted Intervention Teacher, working with pupils with ADHD and ASC.

After seeking a late diagnosis of ADHD, this coach became determined to help adults and young people with their ADHD through coaching. She has personally navigated life and the workplace as well as self-employment with Dyslexia and ADHD. Overcoming challenges in her own life, including cancer and facial palsy, makes her relatable and empathetic to the struggles others may be facing.
