The 6 Minute Diary 

Individuals with ADHD suffer from negativity bias which results in a lot of negative thoughts and rumination. They also don’t pause to set their intention for the day or reflect on what went well that day to give themselves opportunities to improve.

The 6 minute diary helps individuals with ADHD develop a daily gratitude practice, set intentions for the day and reflect. It is achievable as the questions are specific and it only takes 3 minutes in the morning and 3 minutes at the end of the day.
