2nd Cup Parent Meet-up (Aug 24)

Join a supportive community for parents of kids with ADHD! We meet informally each month, over a "2nd Cup" to learn, lean on each other, and share tips on how to help our kids thrive.

Join Eleni Sfiroudis, certified ADHD coach and Parent Trainer, who will facilitate the discussion.

Bring your questions around topics such as understanding ADHD, managing anxiety, preparation for university, setting boundaries and reducing overwhelm--whatever is on your mind.

We talk about a different topic each month, and invite you to join the conversation because we believe that when we know better, we can do better!
