Many individuals with ADHD do not understand ADHD so are not in a position to make the changes required and cannot advocate for themselves. They can also struggle to complete tasks without accountability. Many individuals with ADHD don’t know any other individuals with ADHD which can feel very isolating and demotivating.

ADHD Unlocked provides ADHD education and community support through webinars on ADHD, implementation sessions to bust procrastination (mainly related to administrative tasks), member meet-ups and emails all delivered on a live weekly basis.
