Whether you’ve been part of The ADHD Advocate from the start or joined us along the way, your support has meant so much. Over the past seven years, together we’ve raised awareness, challenged stigma, and helped shift the conversation around ADHD — from one of limitation to one of possibility.
Now, we’re ready to take things even further.
As mentioned in our birthday newsletter and on our social channels, I’m thrilled to share the big news: We’re launching two brand-new companies!
We’ve evolved to meet the changing needs of the ADHD community, shifting from advocacy to collaborative long term partnerships — and I can’t wait to show you how this next chapter supports you - so please read on and see which one fits you best.

Ascend ADHD for Corporates
For leadership teams, HR and managers
Today, more businesses are recognising the potential within their neurodivergent workforce. With the right understanding, training, and support, ADHDers can be among the most focused, innovative, and high-performing people in any team. And yet, turnover remains high. Because environments often aren’t designed to support the way ADHDers work best.
After years of delivering ADHD awareness training to organisations, it became clear to me: One-off sessions aren’t enough. What’s needed is an ongoing, strategic approach to inclusion. That’s why we created Ascend ADHD.
Ascend partners with forward-thinking businesses to build ADHD-friendly systems that reduce burnout, increase retention, and improve performance. We work alongside leadership teams, HR, and managers to embed sustainable culture change — not just compliance. If you're looking to build a workplace where neurodivergent employees can thrive, not just survive, we’d love to share more. Subscribe to the Ascend ADHD for Corporates newsletter below.
Ascend ADHD for Entrepreneurs
A dedicated space for ambitious ADHDers building businesses their way
In my work as an ADHD coach, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of entrepreneurs. One thing is clear: ADHDers are often the ones with the boldest ideas, biggest vision, and strongest drive. But we also face unique challenges — the admin, the tax, the systems, the delegation. It can feel like walking across thin ice in the dark, and one wrong step can take us out of our flow.
As a businesswoman with ADHD myself, I know the feeling. And I know what it takes to break through it. That’s why I’ve created Ascend for Entrepreneurs — a space designed specifically for ADHDers who are building businesses that don’t follow the rules. It’s where our difference becomes our edge. This will be more than a programme — it’s a community, a platform, and a place to be seen and supported as the entrepreneur you are. Join the Ascend ADHD for Entrepreneurs community below.

Empower ADHD for Individuals
A whole new approach to ADHD coaching
Coaching changed my life — and I’ve seen it do the same for so many others. But transformation takes more than insight. It takes time, partnership, and accountability.
That’s why I created Empower ADHD — not just a coaching service, but a whole new approach. One that recognises the ongoing support ADHDers need to sustain growth, avoid burnout, and build lives that truly work for them.
Our team of expert coaches combines lived experience with deep professional knowledge to support individuals, parents, and families across every phase of the ADHD journey. At the heart of this new approach is Empower Hour — our weekly coaching space designed to hold you beyond the programme. It’s where you stay connected, accountable, and supported — so real, lasting transformation can take root.

EmpowerEd
For students, parents, teachers, and universities
Some of my proudest moments have come from helping ADHD students not just catch up — but shine. So many of our young people have incredible potential, but are let down by systems that don’t understand their needs.
EmpowerED exists to change that.
We work with families, schools, and universities to deliver evidence-based ADHD support that empowers students to succeed in their own way — from classroom strategies and executive function coaching to whole-school training and parent guidance.
Whether you’re a parent, teacher, or SENCO, EmpowerEd is here to support you with practical ADHD knowledge and evidence-based strategies that make a real difference. Join our community to stay informed about our growing range of programmes — and get access to tools that help you better support the ADHDers in your care by clicking the button below.

Thank you again for being part of this journey.
The ADHD Advocate was just the beginning. With Ascend ADHD and Empower ADHD, we’re building the next chapter — one that’s bigger, bolder, and built to meet you exactly where you are.
We hope you’ll continue to grow with us.
