Kim is a trained Registered Nurse and certified ADHD and Life Coach. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science, Nursing at La Trobe University, and has enjoyed a health career working in many diverse clinical settings, most recently working as a Health and Wellbeing Coach since 2016 supporting clients from marginalised communities. Whilst in this role, Kim worked with many neurodiverse clients and families, and witnessed the many benefits a coaching approach provided. Aligning her skills with a growing passion and interest in ADHD, Kim completed specialised ADHD & Life Coach training through ADDCA (ADD Coach Academy) in New York.

As an experienced coach, with lived experience of parenting within a Neurodiverse family, Kim is a passionate advocate for the many benefits working with a coach can bring. Sharing a journey that empowers clients through meaningful and sustainable change is a privilege and a joy that motivates Kim to work with a broad range of clients aged 16yrs+
Bringing insight and compassion into the challenges that the education system can create, Kim has a special interest working with students and young adults who may be seeking support to navigate education & training, as well as the many transitions life can bring at this age of growth and independence.
Kim has extensive experience coaching carers who may be living with or supporting someone with ADHD. Kim understands burnout, and loves to work with carers to sustain their health and wellbeing, maintain balance and build capacity so they can continue to care for those they love.
Kim has a passion for working with newly/recently diagnosed women, particularly those entering Peri/Menopause, focussing on building self-compassion, confidence, and a positive narrative to guide life in directions that feel authentic and fulfilling.

Member of the International Coaching Federation. Participates in member training and professional development sessions monthly.
Member of ADHD Coaches Australasia meets regularly for supervision with an accredited ADHD trained Master Coach.
