Philosophy and Approach:
I integrate personalised coaching strategies with mindful movement practices to enhance focus, body awareness, and emotional regulation. Her dynamic approach draws on some of the strengths of ADHD, to harmonise mental clarity with physical vitality, helping clients build focus, manage stress, and align their physical presence with their inner strengths and goals. I also provide consultancy on image, empowering clients to redefine and elevate their sense of self through a wardrobe transformation that authentically reflects their personality and aspirations.
Â
Client Engagement:Â
I offer in-person and online consultations, as well as coaching on the move. This dynamic hybrid approach provides flexibility and engagement tailored to each client’s preference. My coaching leverages physical activity to reduce distractions and foster a more productive dialogue and includes integrated mind-body coaching that blends ADHD coaching with Pilates.
Â
Why Choose Me:Â
Despite leaving school with minimal qualifications due to severe dyslexia and ADHD, I have achieved a Masters degree in Neuroscience and bring a deep personal understanding of ADHD and Dyslexia to my practice. My empathy, warmth, and experience enable me to support clients effectively in person, online, and while on the move, combining years of Pilates instruction with advanced coaching techniques to offer a comprehensive, integrative approach to ADHD management. To date I have worked on a one-to-one basis in my pilates studio with men and women suffering chronic pain and stress and with adolescents from challenging backgrounds.
