Philosophy and Approach:
With over 20 years global experience in education, leading, teaching, planning, mentoring and coaching those with ADHD and their families, I believe that we have the ability to achieve the goals we set and thrive by being authentic to ourselves. Focusing on what makes you unique, I use an eclectic approach, drawing on a variety of psychological and neuroscience techniques to bring out the best solution for you.
Client Engagement:
Our sessions are more than just sitting and talking! We might walk, or move or breathe, and have regular breaks if needed. Whichever approach we take that day, our sessions will be about moving you towards your goals in whatever format suits you best.
Why Choose Me:
Having two neurodivergent daughters and being neurodivergent myself, gives me personal experience of the joys and the pitfalls of women and girls with ADHD.
ADHD in women often presents differently to men. By working on the aspects that make us unique, we can develop strategies for emotional regulation, wellbeing, and ultimately help us to thrive, rather than survive.
