Holly is an ADHD coach/mentor who is passionate about helping others. Before joining The ADHD Advocate, Holly worked in the third sector as a Community Worker empowering people to improve their health and wellbeing. She also ran her own not-for-profit business leading mental health peer support groups.

Holly draws upon her personal experiences of ADHD challenges at home and in the workplace, including her own mental health journey, to inform her compassionate coaching style. As a gay woman, Holly is also confident working with LGBTQI+ clients.

Holly cares deeply about helping people to understand and accept their ADHD and uncover their strengths and values. She loves to help ADHDers get creative in finding their own unique strategies and solutions for managing and overcoming their ADHD challenges, so that they can live more authentically and reach their awesome ADHD potential.

In her spare time, Holly enjoys learning about psychology and neuroscience, spending time in the great outdoors, practicing mindfulness and taking dopamine-boosting cold showers.

What Holly's clients say:

"Holly helps me in my journey to learn more about myself and my ADHD, and moves forward towards my goals. She asks pertinent questions during our sessions which really gets me thinking and helps me move forward, and is great at keeping me on track with the topic of the session (a real struggle as someone with ADHD!). I find I feel very comfortable talking to her and look forward to our sessions!"
